ponies, paint and parties

Back in May we went to a party full of ponies and a paint party!  Two of our besets buds turned three and we loved celebrating with them.

{carson's party was at a pony farm, which was so cool and so much fun.}

{i never would've thought that this little lady would've loved riding a pony.  but she hoped right up there and rode it like a pro!  she loved it.}

{our friends aren't shy.  dressing up for parties is clearly one of their favorite hobbies.}

{we also had a great time at callaghan's third birthday party!  somehow i only took one picture.  i think it's because we were laughing and soaking wet from the water balloon fight!  it was such a fun party.  the adults had just as much--or more--fun as the kiddos!}

date night at the gun range

We had a date night a few weeks back with the Jochums at the Gun Range.  This was my first time shooting a gun like this and it wasn't fun.  I was so scared and nervous.  I shot for a while and got more comfortable but I was anxious and unsettled the entire time.  We are going to keep going back so that I can get more comfortable and confident with a gun, incase I ever need to use one.
